The Foundation of How We Work
The 3 C’s — Competent, Confident, and Current — form the foundation of every training program we deliver.
Competent workers improve safety, efficiency, and profitability
Confident workers lead by example and help create positive, proactive workplaces
Current workers keep their skills up to date, ensuring compliance and capability
What That Looks Like in Action
How SOS delivers real outcomes on-site:
Competency
We start by getting to know your business — talking to owners, supervisors, and workers to understand your specific tasks and challenges. From there, we design training that’s cost-effective, simple, and precise, ensuring every worker is capable and compliant. Our Verification of Competency (VOC) assessments confirm that skills are applied safely and correctly on the job.
Confidence
We go beyond compliance to build real confidence on the worksite. Our trainers coach and encourage workers to recognise their strengths and develop new ones — helping them see that safety isn’t complicated when it’s taught the right way. Once they know it, they own it.
Currency
We make it easy to keep safety knowledge and skills up to date. SOS develops clear, practical documents and resources tailored to your machinery, equipment, and processes — ensuring your team always has current information they can understand and apply on-site.
