Course Introduction
It is the responsibility of an employer to ensure that all persons operating an elevating work platform are competent to do so, and that safe systems of work are provided at all times in their use. This training outlines the competency required to safely and effectively operate an EWP.
Pre-requisite
- All students studying nationally recognised training in Australia are required to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI). Click here to find your USI
- There are no entry requirements for this qualification; however, it is recommended that students have sufficient literacy, numeracy and visual interpretation skills to complete the course successfully.
- Over 16 years.
Course Contents
- TLILIC0005 Licence to operate EWP (boom length 11m or more)
- Mixture of theory and practical training
- Trainers aid available for students requiring additional support
- Real-world training scenarios to assist you in becoming job ready

- Must have enclosed footwear
- Must have High Vis vest and Hard Hat
Duration / Flexibility
- 4-6 hours Onsite training
- The learners are put on a logbook to gain experience under the supervision of a elevated work platform licence holder
