A Slewing Crane licence is a nationally recognised qualification that will give you the skills for roles that involve the safe operation of a range of slewing cranes. A crane licence allows you to safely operate a variety of these machines across the construction industry.
Pre-requisite
- All students studying nationally recognised training in Australia are required to have a Unique Student Identifier (USI).Click here to find your USI
- There are no entry requirements for this qualification; however it is recommended that students have sufficient literacy, numeracy and visual interpretation skills to successfully complete the course.

- Work planning & conducting routine checks
- Setting up the crane

Option 1
- Onsite 1 day training, followed by 2 to 3 days of training at times and dates to suit your business and 3 months on a logbook under supervision on the job training
Option 2
- Onsite 5 day course at your workplace
- Training at your premises 4 days training 1 day assessment
